How to plant
Select a sunny position. Afternoon shade is acceptable. Loosen the soil to about 20cm and mix with compost. Add sand if necessary. You may also plant in containers. Plant the bulbs at a depth of 3cm and 12cm apart. Mulch with compost.
Water every three to four days for 10 minutes, provided it hasn't rained.
